Moling technology allows us to replace lead pipes easily enabling us to solve your problem without the need for extensive digging on your property. Pneumatic moling units burrow their way passing under driveways, lawns and patios with no surface disruption.

WIAPS (Water Industry Approved Plumbers’ Scheme) is the largest of the seven UK Approved Contractors’ Schemes. WIAPS is administered by WRAS on behalf of 15 of the UK Water Undertakers. It provides water industry-backed accreditation to qualified companies such as ourselves who undertake groundwork.

Every installation we undertake must comply with the Water Fittings Regulations. In addition, as an approved contractor, we can issue a certificate stating our work complies with the Regulations.

To ensure high standards are maintained Clearflow Utilities will be periodically audited by the local water company.
